Walk for FUN and Fitness!

STAY Home to help slow the novel Coronavirus, but get out and WALK every day to improve mental and physical well-being. Wear a mask and/or gloves and stay at least 6 feet away from others, but keep moving! Walking gets you away from the news, Netflix and video games and out into the sunshine and fresh air! It boosts immunity and overall health, strengthens legs, glutes, calves, hips and core and improves endurance and cardiovascular health!

Spice up your CORE-antene WALKS with fun and effective exercises like tree pull-ups, bench step-ups, curb dips, stair climbs and fire hydrant step-overs and get full-body STRONG and HEALTHY and LOOK and FEEL GREAT!
