CORE-Workout to Improve Immunity, Prevent Disease and Get Strong and FIT!

As Coronavirus Cases continue to evolve and spike Worldwide and we are sheltered at home, many of us are feeling anxious, stressed, scared, sad and cooped up. I put together this full-body CORE-training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout to hopefully help get you away from the computer, the fridge (who's over-snacking like me, yikes?) and the depressing news for a while, to instead take time for your health and well-being.

This workout requires little space and NO equipment. Do the entire workout, or choose to do just a few of these exercises every day. After you've completed this workout, stretch 😊. Enjoy!
